Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
RizingClips subscriptions are managed through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@rizingclips.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.
2. Lifetime Deals
Lifetime purchases are final. Due to the nature of one-time payment products, refunds are not available for lifetime deals after 7 days of purchase.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
4. Service Credits
In cases of service disruption or technical issues, we may issue account credits at our discretion. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle.
